Organizational Resilience

"Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much." – Helen Keller

In an ever-changing world, resilience is about more than just coping—it’s about finding your voice, staying true to your values, and fostering meaningful communication while maintaining productivity and well-being.

Dr. Leetal Caidar Benzvi invites you to an immersive retreat designed to help individuals cultivate authenticity, strengthen connection, and navigate challenges with confidence. Grounded in the RISE methodology and her doctoral research at EGS University in Switzerland, this experience blends creative exploration with practical tools to empower individuals and teams to express themselves fully, communicate effectively, and build a culture of trust and resilience.

THE IMPACT

What People Are Saying

As the co-founder of Adopt a Family Foundation, whose mission is to help victims of terror in Israel, I have been very confident to recommend Leetal to many. Her compassion immediately provides a safe place for the patients. Through her unique therapeutic method, Leetal helped many of our adopted families learn how to process their emotions and how to begin their path toward recovery.
Leetal led a healing retreat for a group of our families, all survivors of October 7th, that provided them with the ability to reconnect and start their healing process.
Throughout the years, I have been very impressed by her professionalism and expertise of PTSD.
