Dr. Leetal Caidar Benzvi
Dr. Leetal Caidar Benzvi is an Expressive Art Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
She holds a master's degree in psychology with a specialization in trauma, and a doctorate in Expressive Art Therapy from EGS University in Switzerland.
Dr. Benzvi leads courses and trains therapists in using the arts to reframe the way we experience trauma, and the art of building resilience.
She facilitates workshops for organizations and high-tech companies on the topic of Resilience in the Work Space.
Dr. Benzvi lectured at the University of Haifa, Tel Aviv University, Ruppin Academic Center, and various non-profit organizations.
Dr. Benzvi developed the R.I.S.E Method, a seven-stage therapeutic process based on the principles of multidisciplinary Expressive Arts Modalities.
